The architects were faced with the task of designing a house based on the existing foundations and 2 unfinished structures that were more than 30 years old at the time of purchase of the site. We dismantled most of the structures, while the client wanted to preserve the outer walls as much as possible, which gave us the dimensions of the future house. When developing the concept, we wanted to give privacy to the owner of the house, separating him from the neighbors on the sides, while designing panoramic glazing on the side of the house with the most beautiful view. This way, all living spaces face a beautiful view. The house is one-story with a total area of 300 m2. The highlight of the house is the skylight above the entire area of the kitchen and living room, where the height is 4.7 meters, which gives the space more air and light. In the backyard we placed a swimming pool and a relaxation area with a summer kitchen.
