Gansevoort Park Avenue酒店位于曼哈顿市中心，离帝国大厦、中央车站和麦迪逊广场都很近，这个奢华的酒店的屋顶有两万平方英尺的三层复式设施，包括室内和室外的游泳池，都可以看到帝国大厦的美景，还有一个配有露天阳台的休息室，与多个酒吧相连。
