挺有創意的的一個建築方案，只是不清楚是否能滿足下列的需求?
1.基地在中國，能否滿足當地的建築法規對日照的要求?
2.我看平面上藍色的部份寫的是"Factory"，這個案子是住宅用途嗎?
3.基地是西邊高東邊低，部分最高樓層是14層，每個單元裡地面的綠化如何處理?日照足夠嗎?綠化的存活率夠嗎?
